NDiTeravision has been creating quality interactive children’s entertainment since 2001.

We have a portfolio of original properties and games which we develop and license to television producers, broadcasters and gaming companies.

As brand owners and developers, we bring a unique perspective to our consultancy and production services that surpass strictly service oriented companies.

Very recently, NDi Media from Montrèal, has joined forces with Teravision Games from Bogotá, a renowned content developer specializing in mobile games. This union celebrates the language and culture of both counties, uniting French, English and Spanish in a truly global perspective.

Both companies boast unique creative personalities and together we have forged a union that compliments our collective talents and experience.

EXECUTIVE TEAM
Neil Smolar
Neil is responsible for the strategic direction of NDiTeravision. This includes acting as executive producer on NDiTeravision’s projects and nuturing relationships with producers, broadcasters and game publishers. With over 20 years in television and interactive production , Neil has an understanding of both pillars of the industry.

He co-founded NDi Media in 2001 with Michael Rixon and Paul Mackie to create and license online entertainment for kids. With the recent addition of Teravision Games, Enrique Fuentes has joined the partnership.

Previous to NDi, Neil was a film and television composer and created music scores for 25 feature films and two miniseries. He won a Gemini Award for Best Original Score for the mini-series Dieppe as well as a Gemini for Best Interactive Producer for Arctic Mission.
Chief Executive Officer
Enrique Fuentes
Enrique is responsible for defining and executing strategies for the development of interactive products and properties that create long term value. He ensures that the company’s vision is in alignment with market opportunities, both traditional and emerging. He also closely follows the design and execution of each of the company’s products, ensuring that the right team is in place to successfully achieve NDiTeravision’s vision.

In 2005, Enrique founded and then successfully ran Teravision Games, creating top quality video games for the global market and establishing strong business relations with companies like Disney Interactive, Nickelodeon, Namco, and Atari. Prior to its acquisition by NDi Media in 2011, Teravision had created over 40 games for platforms such as iPhone/iPad, web, Facebook (social), PC, and Mac.
Director of Product Development
Michael Rixon
A producer, writer, and director, Michael has been involved in the multimedia and communications industries for over 35 years, including a 10-year stint when he was responsible for all multimedia design and production at Bombardier Aerospace. In 2001, he joined with Neil Smolar to found NDi Media where he has produced projects for MD Anderson, Bombardier Aerospace, National Geographic, and Scholastic among many others. During his 10 years at NDi Media, Michal has developed an expertise in preschool interactive projects. Among the projects he has had a leading role in are Wumpa’s World (3 seasons), Mama Mirabelle, Knowledge Kids, and Minimops. Michael also authored the NDi white paper on preschool kids and their use of interactivity.
Interactive Director, Writer, Producer
Paul Mackie
An experienced finance and accounting professional, Paul joined Neil and Michael in 2001 to found NDi Media and assume the role of Director of Finance. In 2007 he took on the complimentary role of Director of Operations, responsible for the hands on management of the creative and production teams. Since then, Paul has acted as Producer for the majority of online web and game production for AOL, American Greetings, MTV, and Atari. As well as a major music-based project called Muzika developed with Cookie Jar Entertainment and Teletoon. Paul has a BComm from McGill University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst
Director of Finance and Operations
Vincent Gournay
Vincent has worked for NDi Media since 2007 in the fields of software and database design, programming and server administration. During that time he has worked on important web projects such as the original Minimops site, Barney, American Greetings (Strawberry Shortcake, Sushi Pack and Care Bears brands) MD Anderson, Gameraise, Bombardier Aerospace, Scholastic Study Jams, and the Montreal Science Centre. Among his software development and integration expertise are: Windows software design and programming; Web oriented application design and programming (PHP/MySQL, HTML/CSS, Javascript with JQuery); and Linux System Administration and Network Setup, Vincent has a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science – Networks and a Master Degree in Cognitive Computer Science both from UQAM.

Luis Daniel Zambrano
With a background in both Computer Science and Graphic Design, Luis has been involved in almost all facets of game development and production: Programmer, Illustrator, Animator, Game Designer, and Producer. He has worked on more than 35 game projects for clients such as Disney Interactive, Nick Jr, Wildbrain!, and American Greetings among many others.

Currently, he is responsible for overseeing the game design and production process of all of our projects, making sure the creative aspects are aligned with the project's vision while keeping the projects on track and on budget.
